I'm reading a book called The Speed of Trust, by Stephan Covey Jr. It's a good book and it brings up so many issues that I am also dealing with in my work, but more so in my spiritual life. I wonder what it would be like to completely trust the universe. Isn't that what the law of attraction really is? It is total trust that what we ask for we will receive in its own time, in its own form. I would like to trust that certain things are going to work out in the years to come but there is that negative chatter that tells me not to get my hopes up or I'll be disappointed...again. Isn't that what we fear the most? Trust means risk. Trust is total faith. Trust is taking the quantum leap, knowing that we can't possibly fall and crash because we trust that there will be divine intervention.
