WISHING FOR MORE

Wishing that things were better than they are can make us feel like we're ungrateful for what we already have. Take a good look at where you are today in your life. What is working and what isn't working. What do you need more of? If you had that, how would your life be different? We often imagine that having that thing will make our lives better and sometimes it doesn't, it only brings new problems with it. Begin by giving up what you don't need anymore and then those spaces will be filled, in time, with new "improved" replacements.
