I went to summer boot camp in 2007 and what I learned was to look at the destination only once, then start taking one step at a time toward it. If you keep looking up, it becomes overwhelming; but if you look only at your next step, it is very doable and before you know it, you are at the top. I cannot believe what I was able to accomplish in those demanding physical exercises.
