MEMORIAL DAY AND DECLUTTERING?

I don't know what it is about Memorial Day weekend and the desire to declutter and clean windows but I'm pretty sure that every year at this time, the desire runs strong in me to clean out the closets, give things away, and throw out the rest. In the many feng shui and decluttering books that I have read, they always say, "throw away the mistakes". I am not one to hold onto things, ...or people...but, there are always those few items, (and people), that I just can't seem to let go of. Good or bad, this weekend, I am determined to throw away the "mistakes" and have been ferociously digging through my closet and tossing things into a heap. As for the windows...well, I'm hiring someone to do that.
