Visualization 3

Learning to Relax

Sit on a chair and close your eyes. Notice your breath and "follow it". This means consiously breathe in and out slowly while watching yourself from the outside. Practice breathing in through your nose and slowly and rhythmically out through your mouth. Let the air fill your lungs. Each time fill more and more of your body with air. Practice this for about 5 minutes or whenever you are under a lot of stress.
