BREATHE

There are many ways to take deep breaths to relax. Try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. This gives you more control over your breath and allows you to empty out all of the air from your body. Put more emphasis on the out breath. The out breath is releasing toxins, the in breath (if the air is clean) restores and revitalizes your cells. Without the release of the negative there is no room for the positive to enter. That's a metaphor for all areas of your life.

There's no need to strain with this exercise. The point is to relax or calm down after an upsetting event. It's also a good way to start meditation/contemplation or daydreaming.
