A VISUALIZATION TO TRY

A TWO PART VISUALIZATION FOR BALANCING OUTFLOW

Sometimes our outflow of love is greater than the inflow and we are left feeling depleted and burned out. Here is an exercise to regain balance in your daily life and to keep tabs on your outflow of energy.

1. While in meditation or contemplation or while just lying in bed daydreaming, imagine that the top of your head opens and a stream of liquid gold light pours through your body. Next attach a sound to the liquid light. Whatever sound comes to mind is fine. It might be a "ping" or "mmmmmm" all sounds will work. Ask for the sound that you need at the moment and go with whatever comes to you. If you need to play with different colors of light, do that as well. If the sound changes, let it. If you can't exactly see or hear these images just feel the exercise to the best of your ability.

2. Now as your heart opens from the above exercise notice the energy that comes out of your heart center. Take that energy and circle it back through the top of your head and then out of your heart center again. Imagine this circle of energy or love going around and around through you, out of you and back into you. You are experiencing your own love and the way it feels to the world. This will rejuvenate you quickly and you'll realize where your life is out of balance.
