HEALING THE INADEQUATE SELF

Often we are driven by the belief that something is lacking in us. Our outer lives will reflect all the efforts that we make to perfect our inadequacies. Instead, realize that we are born complete. Everything that we are is enough. Overcompensating for what we think we should be is unhealthy and weakens the immune system. If you were to look in the mirror and say to yourself "I am perfect just as I am", what would your response be? Probably something negative like "oh sure" or "yea right".

Work on this daily. Use it as a mantra and see what starts to happen.
