The images that we hold of others have an impact on their lives. When we see a child a certain way, that view will be conveyed to them. They then carry that picture of themselves around as though it were the truth. We can sometimes see ourselves through our friend's eyes but they often project their own insecurities and self image onto us. It's important to change the images that we carry around in our heads from negative to positive. The next time you catch yourself having some uncomplimentary thoughts about someone, look for a positive quality that they have that you can focus on instead. When we send out our negative thoughts they often boomerang right back to us. If you want people to see you in a positive light, then see them in the same way
